I told him to give me the first player for each position.“Then I said, ‘Is there a player who can help us to aspire to the Championship without going to the Play-offs?“I have a vision of being a Championship club. Many times dreams come true. Even this season it can happen. We have to forget the Play-off match and the penalties and start from zero.
